Point England Picnic

First Team 4 had an Assembly. We checked to see if we had our hats, water bottle and morning tea. Then we walked to Te Kapua. Mr Burt was talking about the Point England beach. 

Next when we got to the beach we had to listen to Mr Burt talk about where to play. We heard Mr Burt and we put our bags at the gate under the tents.

I went to the volleyball area to play. I blocked the ball when one of the Year 8s hit it over the net. I played for a long time and it was really hot outside. I felt good because I like playing volleyball. 

After that I didn’t go swimming at the beach. It was fun at the beach. I also went to play soccer with my friends Levi and JJ in Year 5. When it was lunchtime I went to eat the lunch. It was so yummy. I ate mince spaghetti meatballs. It was so yummy.

Finally we have to get our bags and we have to walk to school and I was tired. When we finally got to school, we went to class.

I felt happy because there was volleyball and soccer.
